Foam insert is soft with decent cushioning at moderate price. But it lacks firm shaping ability. Grooving precision is lower than EVA, and it may deform under long‑time pressure. Suitable for soft‑item packaging.
Paper tray is 100% paper‑based, recyclable and PPWR‑friendly for European market. It is cost‑effective for eco‑focused brands. However its shock resistance is weaker than EVA, not ideal for fragile high‑value goods.
